Siamo leader dell'edilizia popolare che rappresentano la più grande autorità per l'edilizia popolare (PHA) del Nord America, NYCHA. Più di 400.000 newyorkesi risiedono nei 328 complessi di edilizia residenziale pubblica della NYCHA nei cinque distretti della città. Altri 235.000 ricevono assistenza per l'affitto sovvenzionato in abitazioni private attraverso il programma di alloggi in locazione della Sezione 8 gestito dal NYCHA. Born and raised in Watts, California, Stix has worked his way to become a rapper, record producer, songwriter, and entrepreneur over the last 16 years. However, his involvement with music is a jumping off point to his advocacy to giving back to his community through his THINK WATTS Foundation. As a staple in the community, Stix has formed deep rooted community relationships building bridges from the community to some of its professional residents such as LAFC, LA Clippers, and the LA Rams.
